With the new year, the Trow Boa Experience became more expansive in showcasing the unique sound of Trow Boa performing live instrumental music in Second Life. Trow has been around in SL for many years he has developed his style of playing, his interpretation of songs you’ve known and enjoyed over the years.. in such a way that his shows have become known for their ability to transform standard ballads and classics into fresh sounds that have listeners craving for more.
His shows have become experiences that enable the listener to have his or her own personal musical journey. The melodies can be haunting, a familar love song becomes a joyful connection.. you find yourself a drift in a sea of memories. The music capturing and unlocking moments that have you completely captivated.
Trow has honed his skills and rapport with the instruments he plays over the years, it is important to him that his writing and creativity express his love and passion for the music he shares with you. Your feedback and your participation in his “shows” are an integral part of the Trow Boa Experience.
Why you ask, the reminder of the evolution of the Trow Boa Experience. Mark you calendars… it is an unusual time for Trow’s performances in SL, but it is what it is.
Trow will be performing an hour of his original tunes… on April 6th. at 7 pm slt. at the 18th Anniversary of the MMAC.
We all know Trow’s long history in SL .. promoting and helping out other musicians showcase what they can do, his former club Firehouse 59 helped so many get their feet wet here in SL. Now he is stepping out, doing a whole set of only his music, a first. We have been teased with a couple of originals each time he plays, but this will be all about his sound, his interpretations … his musical creations … his Trow Boa Experience, using all of his own material
If you are interested in knowing about a particular song, you need only ask, he is finally, stepping out into his own light… He has many many originals that he has collaborated with other musicians, or on his own… now instead of a tune here and there, we are going to get a collection .. a variety of some of his favourites … music he would like us to hear… It will be a musical tapestry. On an other front, are you interest in fine art, do you have a love of the old masters, the philosophy and mindset of the painters and artists whose works are now in the finest museums and art galleries. A quick shout out to Naria Panthar an influencer who does podcast on various activities in SL. She did one on the free body and head that was announced by Salt and Pepper prior to April 1. It is thanks to her that she brought this wonderful fun experience to her many listeners (I being one)…Salt and Pepper, organized other creators, and they all need to be commended for the fun adventure they provided for us. The cardboard paper avatars were available on April 1. there was a hud with all the creators who shared in this fun event ….. It was a blast and very well done! Kudos to everyone.
