The other day I was asked, what is the Trow Boa Experience, and why is it different from other venues I can go to? Valid question, there a zillion options in the virtual world to be entertained or to just hear music so you can dance or chill to.
Only at a performance by the musician, Trow Boa can you hear not only his original musical scores, and enjoy old favourites and songs you’ve heard over the years .. done in a style that is unique to the performer himself, Trow Boa. His personal schedule is a busy one, he can only allot certain days and times to the virtual world. He has over 18 years in the virtual world, but has a lifetime of focusing on music .. HIS music, he has played on stages in many parts of the world, his talent and expertise is sought after by other performers to round off their sound, when available they can maybe manage to acquire his talents for their venues.
In the virtual world, he uses the platform to enjoy his craft and hone it to develop the sound and music he is wanting …He does this not only to improve his abilities and musical inventory, he does it because he loves to share his love of music with anyone who like him wants and enjoys the magic a saxophone can create.

Who is this woman, where have you seen her before? She is Henri McKeenan, you all know her as DJ Henri. She is co-owner with Robby Lock of the well know Speakeasy, the Warehouse (also 1890 Creeds Colorado) …Not only do these two offer up active and entertaining venues, DJ Henri has a knowledge of music that enables her to put together not only entertaining shows, but great music. She can put together almost any genre you think you might want to enjoy.
For this reason she is sought after and asked to perform in other areas of the virtual world. example, you will find her on Isle du Noir* that amazing hideaway of a tropical paradise where pirates and sword fight/fencing tournaments happen on a regular basis. Isle du Noir-– where you can relive the excitement of a vibrant Chinatown, especially Mondays when Dj Henri performs .. near the Casino. (*this is a role play sim)
Yes the same Isle du Noir where Trow performs with the TBX at the Silhouette ballroom. He tries to be there at least once a month.
Btw, the TBX also performs at the Warehouse Speakeasy every first Thursday of the month.
So often I hear people comment that they are bored.. In SL how can anyone be bored? If you are looking for variety and fun, these two areas .. the Warehouse Speakeasy and Isle Du Noir.. always have something happening. Join their groups, watch for the variety of artists they promote.
The TBX can be heard weekly at Nat’s Jazz Club, Detroit… an established venue in SL, the club has been around for years and brings in the best of the best … Trow is there either Monday or Tuesday depending on the week, (check his schedule, be on the mailing list)… That said, as a member of Nat’s group, you will get to learn and get to know other entertainers who play there.
Yes, I’m encouraging you to get out and have fun, enjoy what SL has to offer. The Trow Boa Experience is unique, he is one of many entertainers that work hard and dedicate themselves to providing you with a fun and enjoyable time. The variety of talent in Sl is endless.
Lifestyles vary – the possibilities are endless. If your interest is in fashion, some of the best designers are in SL, for clothes /furniture/decor/backdrops/- makeup/skins/and lets not forget the making of the avatars themselves. No two people are alike, you can be anything or anyone you want to be in a virtual world. BUT always at the end of the day, you want someplace to show your “look” meet up with friends, develop a social life..
