There is something about the tranquility of Nature, that I find very appealing. I step out of my vehicle and immediately feel the presence of an energy that is endless, the depth of which is beyond my comprehension, yet it feels like “home”.

With the holiday season just around the corner, there is a push to update our wardrobes, to find something new to wear. The beautiful formal you see is just one of many great buys you will find if you watch the sales, and take to review what is being offered. Some shops offer you am item with one or two textures, while another might offer you a dress/outfit that comes with a multitude of options.
This beautiful gown is being sold at Black Angel Store on Alyssum Island http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Alyssum%20Island/206/88/22 I got it when it was being offered at a promotional cost.. it comes in 6 different colours, each one of them will make for a grand entrance wherever I go over the holiday. Each colour has its own allure.
Visit the shop get on their mailing list, or join their group. As a group member you pay a lower price for the item. We all have a budget, and there are just so many great values being offered, it is sometimes hard to decide what and where you want to indulge. By visiting the stores I see that have merchandise I tend to like, I get an idea of their overall inventory. Many designers might use the same templates.. but each one has their own way of presenting the outfit, the colours and textures they use. Find the ones that work best for your budget and sense of fashion style.
Try the demos if a designer is new to you. Make sure the clothes fit the avatar you are wearing. What looks good on their model, might not give you the look YOU want.
Before leaving the shop, I picked up this little number and the shoes for under 100L and what pleased me most was the shoes come with a hud that has 20 colour choices. The little dress has 10 different texture choices. =^_^=

Beloved Jewelry is a long established jewelry designer in SL who has contributed to many many fashion events and showcases over the years. Here the model is wearing Peridot wide brass necklace with matching earrings from the dollar board in the shop. The collar is also from Beloved, it is Jonquil red leather choker collar c/w RLV for ladies who want to show their collars in festive colour.
The Christmas mini dress was on special at L Magnums Clothier, they are a popular little shop with a lot of fun items. They participate in the weekly specials, who knows who you will find.. drop over and have a look.

You all will remember DJ Blue Lou from a couple of years ago.. one of the badest Blues DJs going.. he had to leave but he’s baaaackkk! When the midnight hour strikes, the ghosts and goblins come out to play. There are always those who just don’t fit in, the ghouls and their pranks, the vampires and their weird sense of humour. Like, being bitten is fun!.

I did meet a dog who seemed friendly at first, but when I drew closer, he bared his teeth and snapped… I got the message and moved on.
I thought to have more luck with this fellow, but he just wasn’t interested in anything but his bottle. We do our best, it is really all we can do.
Be careful about saying “its probably good enough”” Wholeheartedly do what you notice, when and how you notice it.

Trowzer Boa, will be playing Friday at 1 pm and Saturday at noon. if you can, make both days.. fill your boots. He is a not to be missed. Times given are all SL time.

These are two musicians that I know and have appreciated for some time, I’ve provided you with the list of all the other talented musicians that will be performing, you have time to plan your schedules to avail yourself of their all being in one place.
